We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team of neuropsychology experts in conducting assessments for adults with diverse neurological and medical conditions. The division of neuropsychology is comprised of ten faculty members, including four Spanish-speaking/bilingual neuropsychologists, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment committed to diversity and clinical excellence.

As an Assistant Professor on the academic clinician track, you will play a central role in our outpatient clinic located in Fairfield, CT, alongside respected faculty members. This busy clinic is a hub for referrals spanning Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, cerebrovascular disease, multiple sclerosis, brain tumors/cancer, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, and various other neurological disorders.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, this position offers exciting opportunities for teaching practicum and postdoctoral students, as well as medical students, residents, and fellows. Collaborative endeavors in clinical research abound, with ongoing projects in epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, oncology, vascular disorders, memory disorders, and investigations into social determinants of health.

Ideal candidates should hold a PhD/PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an APA/CPA approved program, have completed a formal two-year postdoctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology, be license-eligible in Connecticut, and be ABPP board certified or board eligible in Clinical Neuropsychology. Current 2nd year postdocs and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
